Z Holdings Selected for Third Consecutive Year as Sustainability Yearbook Member in S＆P Global Sustainability Assessment

Ranked in the top 5% in the Interactive Media, Services & Home Entertainment industry

Z Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "ZHD") has been selected as a Sustainability Yearbook Member and listed in The Sustainability Yearbook 2023, which is a ranking of companies with outstanding sustainability performance assessed by S&P Global, a global research and evaluation company in the field of ESG investment. ZHD was ranked in the top 5% in the Interactive Media, Services & Home Entertainment industry. This is ZHD's third consecutive year to be selected, following 2021 and 2022.

S&P Global assesses the sustainability performance of the world's leading companies from economic, environmental, and social perspectives, and selects the top 15% of companies in each industry annually as Yearbook Members to include in The Sustainability Yearbook. In the 2023 edition, 708 companies were named out of approximately 7,800 companies from 61 industries.

Under its mission statement of "UPDATE THE WORLD - Unleashing the infinite potential of all people, with the power of information technology," and based on its materiality issues and its goals, ZHD actively carries out and discloses initiatives in all ESG areas in order to achieve a sustainable society.

ZHD is also selected as a component of indices such as DJSI World and DJSI Asia Pacific, the pioneering series of global sustainability indices; MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index, MSCI's global index on ESG investment; and FTSE4Good Index Series, widely used to create and assess sustainable investment funds and other financial products.
